In order to make all this a feasible proposition it was necessary to begin
training Starlight auditors, as well as guides and Starlight monitors. Specific
training courses for Starlight Auditors have been given to enable auditors to
examine technically both the sky quality and the conditions and settings of
the place where the corresponding activities are to be developed.
