4 Sefficiency (Sustainable Efficiency)
• The relativity of these concepts does not mean that all systems are adequate. On
the contrary, a sustainable and resilient system should be continually enhanced
through learning (FIW5b; Sect. 3.2) in the context of improving Sefficiency in
Sequity.
