to collect the fruit body of this edible mushroom (Turjaman et al. 2019b). However,
there is no information about edible mycorrhizal mushrooms from wild cultivation in
TPE.
Application of AeroHydro Culture requires various types of local forest trees and
of course a vast expanse of TPE. With a good and comprehensive research design,
the consistency and contribution of AeroHydro Culture of TPE in Indonesia can
eventually be identified. Replication of this application of AeroHydro Culture could
be done in some types of TPE to analyze the consistency of this technology for many
forest tree species. Long-term monitoring is required to evaluate the growth
responses of local tree after the application of AeroHydro Culture, including the
effects of mycorrhizal fungi with organic nutrient addition in TPE (Sheldrake et al.
2018). Observation of effects of forest fires or slash and burn activities in TPE
towards effective AeroHydro Culture, including mycorrhizal colonization, should be
evaluated in the field (De Leon et al. 2018).
