procedures, while the subject of 6 procedures was the performance of construction
works, which represents 30% of all the analysed procedures,
• in 5 tender procedures, the contracting authority decided to use the “design and
build” formula, i.e. the preparation of project documentation and the execution of
construction works on the basis of this documentation, which constitutes 25% of
the analysed tender procedures,
• provisions regarding the detailed requirements of the contracting authority
concerning the fulfilment of the contract using BIM technology were specified
in 17 tender procedures (85% of all analysed procedures); 9 tender procedures
required the knowledge and experience of the bidding enterprise (45%); and 11
procedures required knowledge and experience of key personnel (e.g. designers,
BIM manager) in the field of BIM (55%),
• in 7 tender procedures, the contracting authority did not require tenderers to have
knowledge and experience in BIM technology with regards to an enterprise and
the staff carrying out the project, despite the fact that the requirements for the
implementation of the subject of the contract indicated taking into account detail
requirements regarding BIM technology (e.g. the determination of the levels of
