Following code snippets from the model, show how the actors making ties
based on the following information:
• For every actor calculates how many actors are around me within viewing distance.
• For every actor I have a tie with, calculate if I have to compete and
break the bond.
• For every actor I do not have a tie with, calculate if I should form one.
