OLE interfaces that can be called from user-written applications. LINGO can also
be called directly from a Microsoft Excel macro or database application.
A LINGO model usually begins with the flag “Model:” and terminates with
“End.” Between these terms, the sets section, data section, calculation section,
and various functions may be included. A general image of the LINGO model for
the problem discussed in this chapter is shown in Fig. 6.5.
