IV. Initial rainwater
All of the initial rainwater of the disposal center site is collected in the rainwater
tank and sent to the physico-chemical treatment unit for treatment one after another,
and then discharged to the sewage treatment station along with the acid and alkaline
wastewater. The initial rainwater in the polluted area of the outdoor equipment and
the ground and car washing drainage of the equipment may contain pollutants with
similar components to the materials being treated. It mainly contains heavy metal
ions and inorganic pollutants, and therefore it is pre-treated as potentially contaminated water together with heavy metal-bearing effluent and waste acid and
alkali, and then sent to the sewage treatment station for advanced treatment.
V. Domestic sewage
The domestic sewage is treated in septic tank and then discharged into the sewage
treatment station.
VI. Sewage treatment station
The project has a complete water supply and drainage system, which follows the
drainage principle of “separation of clean water and sewage”, and consists of
rainwater drainage system, potentially contaminated water (including the initial
rainwater) drainage system, domestic sewage drainage system, production sewage
drainage system and clean sewage drainage system. Except for the clean rainwater,
all production wastewater, clean sewage and domestic sewage of the plant area are
sent to the sewage treatment station. After they are up to standard after biochemical
treatment, they are used as the reclaimed water for production in the treatment
center without wastewater discharge.
② Waste residue
All organic residues and residual liquid generated in the disposal center are sent to
the incinerator for incineration. The dust collected by the dust collector and the fly
ash of incinerator are solidified and then sent to a hazardous waste landfill with the
slag for disposal, so as to achieve zero discharge to the outside.
