integer flow passing through the edge. It is a problem to determine which edge to
pass through to minimize the total cost when a certain flow value is passed from the
start point to end point.
Let 0 be the cost and 1 be the capacity of the edge connected to the vertex of the
left set and the edge connected to the endpoint of the right set from the viewpoint.
Let the capacity of the edge that connects the left side set and the vertex of the right
side set in the frame be 1 and let the cost be the value that makes the cost of the
edge in the maximum-two part matching problem with the weight negative. With
this setting, the combination of the edges whose total cost is the minimum is selected
only for the portion within the frame shown in Fig. 24.7. Because the cost is negative,
the combination of sides with the largest absolute value is selected and the resulting
combination of sides results in the weighted maximum bipartite matching.
In this study, the average value of satisfaction of a seller side agent from the
viewpoint of a buyer side agent and satisfaction from the viewpoint of the opposite
side is set as the cost.
24.4.3 Reuse Including the Market and Users
Even if there is a used market near the user, the decision regarding whether to
exchange between users or in the market depends on the price of parts, the number
and performance of parts in the market, and the distance from the user’s location to
the market.
Therefore, we considered a combination of reuse through the market described in
Sect. 4.1 and reuse among users described in Sect. 4.2.
By including a part agent corresponding to a part in the market as a matching
object, it can be considered similar to the reuse between users. However, the market
does not set a distance limit, and the market participates in matching only if the
market exists within the user’s distance limit. Figure 24.8 shows reuse including
the market. Because the market is included in the distance limit of user1, the parts
of user2, user3, and the market existing within the distance limit participate in the
matching in the reuse of user1. However, because the market is not included in the
distance limit of user6, the market is not included in the matching, and in the case of
reuse of user6, user4 and user5 existing within the distance limit, they participate in
the matching and reuse is carried out.
24.5 Deterioration Model
Part agents predict the deterioration rate to simulate the part life cycle in the future.
Thus, we showed that the performance of parts deteriorated with the use time
according to the deterioration model and that it will recover if the part is repaired.
