Maria Zamelska (Ph.D.) I graduated with a degree in geography at Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna´ n. I am also a graduate of doctoral studies at the Institute of Geography and Spatial
Economy of the Polish Academy of Sciences, i.e., a Doctor of Geography (Ph.D.). My disciplines include socio-economic geography and land management. My scientific interests include
employing mathematical and statistical methods in geography and conditioning of tourism movement, and recently, the determinants of tourist and recreational activity of the inhabitants of
metropolitan areas.
