Notecka with the Wielkopolski National Park (Bródka and Zmy´ slony 2012). Inhabitants of rural communes indicated a place where they usually spent their free time,
based on a map of these tourist and recreational areas and complexes.
In both research periods, respondents preferred recreation in the river valleys
of Główna and Cybina, Warta, and Samica and Bogdanka (Fig. 6). The most willingly visited complex was the Malta´ nskie Lake, despite the fact that getting there
required more time as it is located outside the studied communes. However, good
land development, tourist attractiveness, and events attract inhabitants of even remote
communes.
It is interesting that areas of Puszcza Zielonka and Wielkopolski National Park,
very well prepared for recreation and tourism and located in direct vicinity of the
inhabitants’ home location, enjoyed relatively little interest.
