9.2 Distribution of Sclerotia in Soil Profile
In this part, the distribution of sclerotia in 12 soil profiles at six sites were examined
(Fig. 9.2). Sclerotia in the air-dried soil samples were floated in pure water, carefully
picked up from soils using tweezers and then kept in air-dried conditions. The
contents of sclerotia in soils were obtained based on the weight (mg/g) and the
