Professor Reginaldo Ferreira Barreiros is an Agronomist Engineer from the University of Sao

and in Seed Production Technology from the Federal University of Pelotas. He worked for seventeen years as Agronomist Engineer and nine years as manager of Banco do Brasil, with experience in rural credit. He is currently Adjunct Professor at Ponta Grossa State University. He
has experience in Economics and Rural Management, with emphasis on agricultural cooperative
organizations and agribusiness.
Professor Roberto Max Protil is an Agronomist Engineer from the Federal University of
Viçosa (1986), with improvement in Agricultural Mechanization from the Universität Hohenheim—Germany (1987), specialization in Rural Administration from the Federal University of
Lavras (1991), master’s degree in Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do
Sul (1993), doctorate in Economic Sciences by Georg-August-Universiät Göttingen—Germany
(1997), specialization in Information and Decision Support Systems by Georg-August-Universiät
Göttingen—Germany (2003) and postdoctoral in Agribusiness and Cooperativism by JustusLiebig-Universität Giessen (2008–2009) and post-doctorate in Strategic Management of Agricultural Enterprises by Purdue University (2015–2016). He was a professor of the Graduate Program
in Administration at PUCPR in the period from 2000 to 2011, where he coordinated the Research
