Júlio Vieira Neto is Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Fluminense,
Master in Management System (UFF) post-graduate with MBA in Organization and Strategy and
MBA in Business Management, graduated in Business Administration. He is currently Adjunct
Professor at the Federal University of Fluminense in the Department of Accounting Sciences. He
had worked as an Executive in the area of new business development in large and medium-sized
companies in the telecommunications and packaging sectors.
Adriane Domingues Quelhas is Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from University of
Santa Ursula (1996), Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering from Federal University of Fluminense (1997), Master in Management System from Federal University of Fluminense (2007), Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Fluminense (2017) and Post
Doctorate in Sustainable Management System from Federal University of Fluminense (2019).
She currently teaches classes as a guest professor at Federal University of Fluminense in Stricto
Sensu and Lato Sensu courses in the areas of Culture and Organizational Climate, Strategic People
Management, Work Safety and Scientific Methodology.
Gilson Brito Alves Lima is a Civil and Safety Engineer. Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering (COPPEUFRJ). Associate Professor at Department of Industrial Engineering, Federal Fluminense University, Brazil. His research has been focusing on industrial safety, risk management, industrial maintenance and environmental management in the industry, areas where he has an extensive record of
publications.
Nicholas Van-Erven Ludolf holds a Master’s Degree in Management Systems from Federal
University of Fluminense, a post-graduate MBA in Organization and Strategy, graduated in
Production Engineering from Federal University of Fluminense. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate
in Sustainable Management Systems (UFF). Acted as Manager in the area of Quality Management
in Large Porte company in the sector of Shipbuilding.
