4.3.6.2 Mixed animalcule bacteria should be mixed and stirred evenly with the
original ingredients according to a certain proportion so as to inoculate
them in the raw materials. The inoculum size should conform to the utilization requirement of the bacteria. Relevant regulations in standard NY/T
798-2004 should be followed for the inoculation of the mixed animalcule
bacteria.
4.3.6.3 The materials should be uniformly and loosely distributed, avoiding the
occurrence of non-uniform thickness and moisture content.
4.3.6.4 Following materials are prohibited to be added in raw materials of compost:
(a) Poisonous and harmful industrial products and their wastes, and
municipal sludge;
(b) Materials likely to have chemical reactions and produce poisonous
substances;
(c) Corrosive or radioactive materials;
(d) Hazardous substances such as inflammable and explosive materials;
(e) Biohazardous substances and medical wastes;
(f) Microbial agents harming the environment; and
(g) Other non-degradable solid wastes.
