such as a lot of excrements and various wastes produced by breeding as well as
dead livestock and poultry have gradually threatened animal husbandry production,
public health and even meat safety. Therefore, how to prevent and control pollution
in livestock and poultry breeding and realize harmless treatment and resourceful
utilization of wastes is an important bottle neck problem urgently needing to be
solved for sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in
some provinces even the whole nation. The equipment for harmless treatment of
dead livestock and poultry combined high-temperature gasification with biological
fermentation and integrated autonomy patents, such as automatic feeding by robots,
visual touch-screen operation and sterilization in high-voltage electric fields. The
equipment had dominant advantages, such as high degree of automation, no smoke
or noise, no environmental pollution, simple operation and low maintenance costs.
By adding crop straws and chaffs during the harmless treatment as supplementary
materials, the produced compound fertilizers had high quality, stable compositions
and performances and no pathogenic bacteria and could be directly applied to soils,
thus showing important environmental and economic benefits.

1. Main body: All structures of main body of the equipment adopted high-quality
304 stainless steels with the thickness of 6 mm.
