Along with all these problems, there exists a lot of communication gaps in the
whole plant. From accepting the order to delivering it, generally, a single lead engineer handles a project. And if that engineer becomes unavailable, it leads to chaos,
increasing the lead time. During tests of a prototype, if a design change happens on
the spot, it is not noted in the original design sheet, which is the original control
document.
