Laplace, a famous scientist said. It can decide everything in the future by
giving the conditions of definite solutions, but the deterministic system can
produce uncertain results. Chaos makes deterministic theory and stochastic
theory link organically, which makes us more convinced that deterministic
Navier–Stokes equations can be used to describe turbulence (that is, a dissipative system is affected by non-linear inertia force, under certain conditions,
multiple non-linear bifurcations may occur and eventually become chaotic
structures). A word is used to describe the transition process of laminar flow.
