But in the twenty-first century, human communities, vaguely appointed units of
consciousness, responding to instantaneous local and global breakdown via social
media and local resource anomalies, we know only too well the consequences.
Higher and higher surges of pain in Others, extreme weather, nearly one billion
malnourished humans, the fast escalating NPP (human arrogation of all land and sea
areas—from surface to sea floors—which can be exploited, fenced off, paved,
opened up, and exploited with disastrous edge effects), to crises of will and a chaos
of ruptured conscience fanning division and hate across the human worlds. This
continuing litany harbors no eusocial-like instincts or juridical guidelines that could
prevent collective, unconscious zeal from quashing the prospects of a mathematically augmented restraint among billions of individuals. In other words, little likelihood of change occurring from top to bottom, even though every collective lodges
its ironic faith in the baffling deceit of most politics.
There has never been so stricken a dialectic. Polling suggestive of massive panic,
depression, and economic and philosophical disparities throughout the human
world: half the human population at greater risk than the other half. Such a dyad is
non-linear: it adheres to no predictable Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC).
Indeed, MCMC algorithms, like the Metropolis–Hastings, attempt to randomly
sample from a difficult, if impossible, multi-dimensional set of probability distributions (direct samples being too cumbersome to trust).

The Esther and Joshua Lederberg experiment in 1952 combined different plates of
bacteria, exposing various colonies to the antibiotic agents of penicillin to determine a baseline in relation to the original plates. The results showed a global communication system that predisposed the behavior and susceptibility of bacteria to
