être considérée comme étant en état d'équilibre, mais il y a des étals d’équilibre qui nous sont profitables et d’autres qui le sont moins. Le prolit recherché variera d’ailleurs avec le goût de chacun : maximum de rendement
pondéral en vue d’une alimentation déficiente, maximum de rendement,
financier, maximum de sport, etc.
Si l’on veut conserver l’expression équilibre biologique en matière de pèche,
il faut donc la transposer et parler de populations équilibrées mais équilibrées en fonction des besoins de l’homme (8.421.1) et non pas entre elles,
puisque réserve faite des périodes de ruptures brusques et temporaires, la
situation d’ensemble des populations d'une communauté correspond toujours à un certain état d’équilibre.
