8. CALCULS, EXPRESSION DES RÉSULTATS
La courbe d’étalonnage reliant l’absorbance à la concentration est
tracée à partir des résultats des mesures des solutions étalons (§ 7.6).
Les absorbances mesurées sur les échantillons inconnus sont traduites
en concentration à partir de cette courbe. Le blanc (§7.7) doit être retranché
pour obtenir le résultat final. On obtient ainsi les concentrations nettes dans les
concentrats acides.
Les concentrations des métaux dans l’eau de mer analysée se calculent
comme suit :

. vM : volume du concentrât (§ 7.3 et 7.4) pour le métal M (ml),
. V : volume de l’échantillon d’eau de mer initial (ml).
