forming a massive cord which yields spherules anteriorly. These become hollow.
Each cystigenic vesicle joins with a mass of funicular cells becoming yolk-forming
cells. The cystigenic vesicle, flattening out, progressively envelops the mass of
deutoplasmic cells of the double, epithelial cystigen.
