Lt = 23,35(1 − e
−0,47(t+0,14) ), Lt = 37,4(1 − e
−0,14(t+0,40) ), Lt = 27,8(1 − e
−0,72(t+0,11) ), Lt =
31,16(1 − e
−0,48(t+0,06) ) et Lt = 34,64(1 − e
−0,44(t+0,05) ).

Abstract
The Dynamic Energy Budget theory « DEB » aims to identify the common processes and
specificities of each stage for five bonefish, three species belonging to the family of Sparidae
and two species of Soleidae. 237 specimens of the studied. For L. mormyrus, P. acarne and D.
cuneata species, data were available. The bioenergetic parameters estimated by the DEB model
are: the shape coefficient δM was estimated at 0.17 for B. boops, 0.23 for L. mormyrus, 0.20 for
P. acarne, 0.18 for D. cuneata and M. azevia. The somatic maintenance cost 𝑃 ̇ M is equal to
49.40 J cm3 for B. boops, 14.03 J cm3 for L. mormyrus, 27.14 J cm3 for P. acarne, 26.13 J cm3
for D. cuneata and 14.63 J cm3 for M. azevia; the value of κ was calculated at 0.8 for B. boops,
0.9 for L. mormyrus, P. acarne and D. cuneata, and 0.6 for M. azevia. The growth parameters
estimated by the DEB model of D. cuneata, M. aevia, B. boops, P. acarne and L. mormyrus
enabled us to establish the von Bertalanffy growth equations are respectively as follows:
Lt= 23,35(1 − 𝑒
−0,47(𝑡+0,14) ), 𝐿𝑡 = 37,4(1 − 𝑒
−0,14(𝑡+0,40) ), 𝐿𝑡 = 27,8(1 − 𝑒
−0,72(𝑡+0,11) ), 𝐿𝑡 =
31,16(1 − 𝑒
−0,48(𝑡+0,06) ) et 𝐿𝑡 = 34,64(1 − 𝑒
−0,44(𝑡+0,05) ).
The maximum reproduction rate was obtained at 420 oocytes for B. boops, 1152 oocytes for L.
mormyrus, 493 oocytes for P. acarne, 117 oocytes for D. cuneata and 417 oocytes for M. azevia
