Résumé :
Le présent travail traite la méthode évidente pour l’extraction et l’identification d’alginate de
sodium, et la caractérisation de ce dernier.
Cette étude nous a conduit à connaitre les différences de quantités et qualités de l’alginate de
sodium extraite à partir des trois espèces d’algues brunes, récoltées dans deux régions de la
côte algérienne (Tipaza et Skikda).
En se basant sur la méthode d’extraction et la différence entre les teneurs de l’extrait obtenu à
partir des espèces récoltées dans les deux zones d’études et les facteurs qui influencent
quantité de l’alginate de sodium.

Abstract:
The present work deals with the obvious method for the extraction and identification of
sodium alginate, and the characterization of the latter.
This study carried out led us to elaborate the differences in the quantities and qualities of
sodium alginate extracted from the three species of brown algae, harvested in two regions of
the Algerian coast such as Tipaza and Skikda..
Based on the difference between the levels of the extract obtained from the species harvested
in the two study areas.
