Résumé :
L’élévation des niveaux marins, accélérée par le changement climatique fait l'objet d'une
attention soutenue au niveau national et international. L’intérêt de cette étude portera sur
l’impact d’une surélévation du niveau de la mer du au changement climatique, sur toute la baie
d’Alger. On va intéresser, en premier lieux, aux dommages que peuvent subir les ouvrages
maritimes étant des points fondamentaux et protecteurs de l’espace côtier. Ensuite, à l’effet du
phénomène de submersion marine accrus par cette l’élévation de niveau des eaux
méditerranéennes. Pour pourvoir, vers la fin, proposer des stratégies d’adaptation qui sauraient
désormais et durant les siècles à venir indispensable pour minimiser au maximum d’éventuels
risques.

Abstract:
The rise in sea levels, accelerated by climate change, is the subject of sustained attention at
national and international level. The interest of this study will focus on the impact of a rise in sea
level due to climate change, on the entire bay of Algiers. We will focus, first, on the damage that
can be suffered by maritime structures, which are fundamental and protective points of the
coastal space. Then, to the effect of the phenomenon of marine submersion increased by this rise
in the level of Mediterranean waters. In order to provide, towards the end, adaptation strategies
that would henceforth and during the centuries to come be essential to minimize possible risks as
much as possible.
