Résumé
La préservation des écosystèmes marins nécessite la connaissance des meilleurs voies et
moyens pour une exploitation durable de la ressource halieutique. Dans ce manuscrit une
enquête de deux mois a été effectué afin d’évaluer l’impact de la pêche artisanale et
plaisancière dans la zone de Bab El Oued- Ain Benian sur l’ichtyofaune, ou nous avons
questionné 66 pêcheurs. Une flottille artisanale représentée par 26 petits métiers et 351
plaisanciers, un effort de pêche important a été recensé causant une surexploitation avec
996 sorties pour les petits métiers et 2268 pour les plaisanciers avec une production totale
de 40392 Kg.

Abstract
The preservation of marine ecosystems requires knowledge of the best ways and means for
fishery resource sustainable exploitation. In this manuscript, a two-month survey was
conducted to assess the impact of artisanal and recreational fishing on fish fauna in Bab El
Oued-Ain Benian area, where we interviewed 66 srelgna. An artisanal fleet represented by
26 small trades and 351 boaters, a significant fishing effort was recorded causing overexploitation with 996 trips for small trades and 2268 for boaters with a total production of
40392 Kg.
