Résumé :
Cette étude c’est focalisée sur l’évaluation du taux des hydrocarbures aromatiques
polycycliques dans le foie et la chair du rouget de vase de la baie de Bousmail. La récolte des
échantillons est effectuée par un rais de chalutier.
L’analyse des hydrocarbures aromatique polycycliques présents dans le rouget barbet par
CG-MS montre une présence des faibles concentrations de deux Hydrocarbures aromatiques
polycycliques (Naphtalène et Benzène) et la présence de trois autres composés aromatiques
qui sont : Cyclopentene, Cyclohexane et le phénol.

Summary :
This study focused on evaluating the level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the liver
and flesh of red mullet from Bousmail Bay. The samples are collected by a trawler beam.
Analysis of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons present in red mullet by CG-MS shows the
presence of low concentrations of two polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (Naphthalene and
Benzene) and the presence of three other aromatic compounds which are: Cyclopentene,
Cyclohexane and phenol.
