Pollution
For years individuals, industrial companies and governments
have been paying lip service to the idea of conserving natural
resources and of preventing further deterioration as a result of
pollution and ignorant usage. And yet the movement to prevent
pollution has not really succeeded in outpacing the »deterioration of
the environment. It takes a catastrophe to bring such bazar—ds to
attention. The land has had its ‘»dust bowls’ with vast areas laid
