Résumé
Cette étude floristique des macroalgues de substrat dur, s’étalent de Ain tagourait (Biae de Bou
Ismail), montre différents aspects de cette flore afin d’arriver à bien la caractériser.
Le présent travail s’oriente vers un aperçu général sur les algues marines tel que la classification ainsi
leurs principales exigences écologiques, aussi la méthodologie adoptée pour ce travail qui comprendra
deux phases : un échantillonnage sur terrain et une identification des espèces au laboratoire en se
basant sur une étude qualitative et quantitative à l’aide des paramètres synthétiques et analytiques.
Les résultats indiquent que la richesse floristique des Rhodophycées est élevée par rapport aux autres
groupes systématiques avec dominance des Florideophyceaes et absence totale des Bangiophyceaes,
ce n’est pas le cas pour la dominance quantitative où les Phéophycées prennent le dessus, plus
précisément l’espèce Cystoseira compressa ; puis en deuxième position les Chlorophycées avec la
dominance des ulvales principalement Ulva rigida. Les indices de diversité montrent que l’état
écologique de cette région est moyen, Classé modérément pollué. L’indice de qualité pour les fonds
rocheux CFR montre que la station de Ain Tagourait comme statut bon.

Abstarct
This floristic study of macroalgae of hard substrate, spread out from Ain tagourait (Biae of Bou
Ismail), shows different aspects of this flora in order to characterize it well.
This work is oriented towards a general overview of marine algae such as the classification and their
main ecological requirements, also the methodology adopted for this work which will include two
phases: field sampling and identification of species in the laboratory based on on a qualitative and
quantitative study using synthetic and analytical parameters.
The results indicate that the floristic richness of Rhodophyceae is high compared to other systematic
groups with dominance of Floridaophyceae and total absence of Bangiophyceae, this is not the case
for the quantitative dominance where Pheophyceae take over, more precisely the species Cystoseira
compressa; then in second position the Chlorophyceae with the dominance of ulvales mainly Ulva
rigida. The diversity indices show that the ecological state of this region is average, Classified as
moderately polluted. The quality index for rocky bottoms CFR shows that the station of Ain Tagourait
as good status.
