edge of each scale serrated.

Body color greyish-yellow; eyes iridescent and yellow.

Eat mostly small marine animals located by means of
sense.
Extent of migration marrow.
Swimming movement slow.
Distribution extends from the waters in the southern part of
Japan to the waters of Formosa, Philippine lslands, Hawaii,
New South Wales, North Queensland, East lndies and
Arabia.

Lobus olfactorius not large, but with dorsal tubercles.
