Wards Lake (Plate 20.62 ) is an artifi cial lake surrounded by a fairly large garden. Boating facilities are available in the lake. It has a typical
wooden bridge at the middle. There are many
lotus plants with leaves on either side of the lake.
There are said to be many ornamental fi shes in
the lake.
