- 100 ml Tris-HCl buffer 10 mmolll, pH 7.4: 1.21 g Tris-aminomethane and 1 1aqua dest., adjust with HCl to pH 7.4

- 100 mg MgCl 2 x6 H 2 0 (5 mmolll)
- 46 mg dithioerythritol (3 mmolll)
