Sanriku region and related organizations and
regional fi shery cooperatives to encourage
them. And on the beginning of February 2012,
Dr. Hubert-Jean Ceccaldi, the president of
SFJO of France, and Dr. Georges Stora of Centre
d’Océanologie de Marseille, vice Secretary of
SFJO of France, visited there also (Fig. 4a–e ).
