50°C using acetylated-DAP and enzyme: substrate ratio 1:l. For sequencing of deblocked SOD
Hewlett-Packard sequencer was used. Amino acid sequence GPVQGTT corresponds to SOD after deblocking by DAP. Because acetylated DAP was used, no DAP-sequence appears in the chromatograms
