S. ZALTASH and J. JOHANSSON: Expression and Characterization of Saposin-Like Proteins
Porcine NK-lysin was expressed in E. coli. Western blotting of the
recombinantNK-lysin after reduction and reoxidation shows a band corresponding to the monomeric protein. The recombinant protein is currently studied in
terms of structural and functional properties.
