Histological analysis of stained embryos
To process for histological analysis, the stained embryos can be
sectioned with vibratome after embedding in Gellan Gum or
agarose (Osumi et al. 1997), or with microtome after paraffinembedding according to Sasaki and Hogan (1993).
Results
Tipical results are shown in Fig. 2.
