Divide the solution into five Caplin jars: 40 ml per jar; Immerse slides, place molded glass cover; Cover with aluminum
foil; Put in the oven at 60°C
Cool to room temperature
Drain the solution
Fix for 20 mins in a mixture of
100% Ethanol
3 parts (150 ml)
Acetic acid
1 part ( 50 ml)
Prepare 200 ml and divide into five jars
Rinse in 95% ethanol 5 mins x 2
Dry in air
Store at 4°C
