Land-Ocean Systems in the Siberian Arctic: Dynamics and History
Table la: Station list with sampling dates and water depths. Station counting helps identify locations evaluated
in the diagramms. Also shown are sample and analysis statistics: Frequencies of benthic carbonate shells,
available and analysed for stable isotope composition, according to station and species. The shells were collected
from samples of surface sediments, Laptev Sea, Aug./Sept. 1993 and 1994. Asterisks label samples used to
determine vital offsets in 0 18 0 against expected equilibrium-oI8a, dots and underlined dots indicate species and
