The editors wish to dedicate the present book to the memory of
Prof Mohammed El-Sabh, our friend and colleague of many projects and
meeting organizations, with whom we shared so many happy
moments during the years we knew him. We think that the words of
M. Mario Belanger, translated by Dr. Phil Hill (both from UQAR and also
friends of Mohammed) represent also our feelings.
