Cyclic ketones are generally named substitutively. If CHz groups are
already present in the underlying cyclic parent system or can be generated
by formal di-, tetra-, etc. hydrogenation, this procedure is unproblematical.
If, however, as a corollary of the transformation of a CH group into a CO
group an additional position has to be saturated, this must be accounted
for by indication of an "added" hydrogen. In such cases the CO groups is,
exceptionally, of higher priority than the added hydrogen.
