Résumé :
Le présent mémoire est une contribution à l’étude de l’état physiologique de la moule Mytilus
galloprovincialis récoltée de la ferme conchylicole « CultMare » de la plage Kouali-wilaya de
Tipaza pendant le mois de septembre, par des indices biométriques et statistiques des individus,
ainsi par la mise au point d’un protocole expérimental de mesure du dosage de l’activité
enzymatique de la catalase comme biomarqueur de stress oxydatif.
La mesure du stress oxydatif a été effectuée sur de la fraction S9 de la Glande digestive de la
moule.
Les résultats de l’indice de condition et de l’activité antioxydante montrent que les moules ne sont
pas sous un stress oxydatif significativement élevé

Summary:
This thesis is a contribution to the study of the physiological state of the mussel Mytilus
galloprovincialis harvested from the shellfish farm "CultMare" of the Kouali beach -wilaya of
Tipaza during the month of September, by biometric and statistical indices of individuals. thus by
the development of an experimental protocol for measuring the assay of the enzymatic activity of
catalase as a biomarker of oxidative stress.
The measurement of the oxidative stress was carried out on the S9 fraction of the digestive gland
of the mussel.
The results of the condition index and the antioxidant activity show that the mussels are not under
significantly high oxidative stress
