RÉSUMÉ
RÉSUMÉ
Ce travail a été réalisé pour produire et développer un aliment artificiel (granulé) à moindre coût
destiné à l’alimentation du loup de mer Dicentrachuslabrax, la formulation est basée
essentiellement sur la connaissance des besoins nutritionnels de l’espèce, son stade
physiologique, les conditions de l’élevage, et la composition des matières premières locales
d’origine animale et végétale et leur disponibilité. La technologie fabrication est en fonction du
comportement alimentaire de l’espèce et la spécificité de son élevage.

Abstract
This work was carried out to produce and develop an artificial feed (granulated) at a lower cost
intended to feed the sea bass Dicentrachus labrax, the formulation is based essentially on the
knowledge of the nutritional needs of the species, its physiological stage, the conditions of
breeding, and the composition of local raw materials of animal and plant origin and their
availability. The manufacturing technology depends on the feeding behavior of the species and
the specificity of its breeding.
