Reproduction artificielle et alevinage des carpes chinoises Hypophthalmichtys molitrix
(Valencienne, 1844) et Aristichtys nobilis (Richardson, 1845).
Résumé :
Le présent travail traite de la reproduction artificielle et la production des alevins des carpes
chinoises (carpe argentée, carpe à grosse tête) en circuit ouvert au niveau de l’écloserie zaïri
dans la wilaya de Sétif sur la base d’empoissonnement des barrages et des retenus collinaire.
Le travail décrit les déférentes étapes essentielles de l’insémination artificielle de ces deux
espèces grâce à l'induction de la ponte par utilisation d'extraits hypophysaires de la carpe,
passant par le mode de transport, conditionnent et stockage des géniteurs, comment procéder à
l'extraction manuelle des produits génitaux de poisson, ainsi qu'au dosage des extraits
hypophysaires utilisés pour induire avec succès la ponte.

Abstract:
This work deals with the artificial propagation and production of fry of Chinese carps (silver
carp, bighead carp) open circuit at the hatchery Zaïri in the wilaya of Setif on the basis of
stocking dams and retained hill.
The work describes the essential steps respectful of artificial insemination of these species
through induced spawning by using pituitary extracts of carp, through the mode of transport,
package and storage of parents, how to manual removal of genital fish products, and the dosage
of pituitary extracts used to successfully induce spawning.
