Recherche des toxines diarrhéiques et paralysantes dans la moule
Mytilus galloprovincialis du marché
Résumé :
Les phénomènes de toxicité des coquillages ont été constatés ces dernières années et sa
propagation à l'homme se fait via la consommation de produits de la pêche.
Plusieurs toxines ont été produites par différentes espèces des microalgues marines et d’eau
douce. Ces toxines provoquent par la suite différentes symptomatologies chez l’homme. Des
intoxications diarrhéiques (DSP), paralysantes (PSP), amnésiantes (ASP) et neurologiques
(NSP).
Notre expérimentation a consisté en la recherche des DSP et PSP chez la moule Mytilus
galloprovincialis par un test de bioessai sur souris. Dans le but de contrôler l’état de salubrité
des produits aquacoles mis sur le marché et de mettre en place un réseau de surveillance des
produits marins.

Summary:
The phenomena of toxicity of shells was noticed these last years and its distribution to the man
is made via the consumption of products of the fishing.
Several toxin was produced by various species of marine microalgae and of fresh water. This
toxin provokes afterward different symptomatelogies in man. Diarrheic poisonings (DSP),
paralyzing (PSP), amnésiantes (ASP) and neurological (NSP).
Our experiment consisted of the research for the DSP and PSP to the mussel Mytilus
galloprovincialis by a bioessay test on mouse. With the aim of controlling the state of
healthiness of the launched on the market aquacultural products and setting up a surveillance
of the marine products.
