Résumé
La présente étude a pour objectif principal est de tirer des informations sur d’âge, la croissance et
la fécondité de trois espèces de poissons Perciformes appartenant à la famille des Sparidés :
Spicara flexuosa, Spicara maena et Spicara smaris de la région centre algérienne. Un total de 234
spécimens dont 98 de S. flexuosa; 53 de S. maena et 83 de S. smaris de différentes gammes de
taille et de poids ont été échantillonnées entre février et Mai 2020. La fécondité absolue moyenne
est de 19867 ± 96133 ovocytes chez S. flexuosa, 27200 ± 98267 ovocytes chez S. maena et de
25733 ± 104267 ovocytes chez S. smaris. L’estimation de l’âge a abouti respectivement à des
longévités maximales de 04 ans, pour S. flexuosa et S. smaris et de 03 ans chez S. maena.
L’ajustement des données sur l’âge a abouti aux équations de croissance linaire de von Bertalanffy,
elles s’écrivent : Lt=22,23 [1-e
-0,4(t+1,15) ], Lt= 15,99 [1-e
-1,39(t+0,52) ] et Lt= 21,56 [1-e
-0,61(t+0,09)
] pour
S. flexuosa, S. maena et S. smaris respectivement.

Abstract
This study's main objective is to bring information on age, growth and fecundity of three
Perciformes fish species belonging to sparids: Spicara flexuosa, S. maena and S. smaris from the
central Algerian coast. 234 specimens including 98 of S. flexuosa; 53 of S. maena and 83 of S.
smaris in different size and weight ranges were sampled between February and May 2020. The
mean absolute fecundity is estimated at 19867 ± 96133 oocytes in S. flexuosa, 27200 ± 98267
oocytes in S. maena and 25733 ± 104267 oocytes in S. smaris. Age determination gave a maximum
longevity of 4 years for S. flexuosa and for S. smaris, and 3 years for S. maena. The adjustment of
age data conducted to the von Bertalanffy linear growth equations, which are written as: Lt = 22.23
[1-e
-0.4 (t + 1.15) ], Lt = 15 .99 [1-e
-1.39 (t + 0.52) ] and Lt = 21.56 [1-e
-0.61 (t + 0.09) ] for S. flexuosa, S. maena
and S smaris respectively.
