Résumé
L’atlas est un support cartographique ayant comme but la représentation donnée d’un
territoire, d’une infrastructure ou de ressources naturelles d’une manière simplifiée ou exhaustive,
les atlas depuis leur émergence durant l’après-guerre, étaient de simples outils d’inventaire et de
localisation d’un objet d’intérêt, l’évolution de la cartographie numérique puis de la Géomatique
a permis de les rendre plus interactives à travers leur diffusion/partage sur le web, mais aussi en
étalant leur contenus sur des domaines plus spécifiques (écologie, géologie, zoologie/botanique …
etc) toute en intégrant les nouvelles technologies des SIG (ouverture vers le libre-accès et
opensource), le but de ce travail est de mettre en oeuvre un Atlas multisources sur les littoraux de
la région Est-algéroise en vue de réaliser un support cartographique et sémantique sur ces zones
de fort intérêt environnemental et socioéconomique.

Abstract
The atlas is a cartographic support aiming at the represented representation of a territory, an
infrastructure or natural resources in a simplified or exhaustive way, the atlases since their
emergence during the post-war period, were simple tools Inventory and localization of an object
of interest, the evolution of digital cartography and Geomatics has made them more interactive
through their distribution / sharing on the web, but also by spreading their content on more specific
areas (ecology, geology, zoology / botany ... etc) while integrating the new technologies of GIS
(opening towards open access and opensource), the aim of this work is to implement a multisource
Atlas on the coasts of the East-Algiers region in order to carry out cartographic and semantic
support on these areas of strong environmental and socio-economic interest.
