4 Speckle-Optical Methods and Devices for Studying …
to them using a non-contact way due to the set amplitude correlation and intensity
of the field diffraction on the object in different states.
Theoretical study was conducted aimed at development of speckle-optical
methods for determination of such parameters as contraction velocity, change of
form, deformations of diffusive objects, which are nerve trunks, muscles, epithelial
tissues, etc.
In particular, double-pulse speckle-interferometry method was developed and
experimentally implemented for determination of longitudinal shifts of the objects,
which gives the possibility to uprange the shifts into two orders against the range of
shifts of the known methods.
Behavioral peculiarities of speckles were investigated, which are formed with the
objective used while studying such small preparations as nerve, separate muscle.
There were studied peculiarities of laser radiation transmission through several
scattering media, which simulate complex biotissue.
