3 Holographic Interferometry for Studying …
Fig. 3.36 Structural scheme of the control unit for recording holographic interferograms on a
photothermoplastic carrier. Reprinted from [94] with permission
the holographic interferogram, which contains information about shifts of this object
within the time between the exposures [1].
In this complex, the double-pulse radiation from the ruby laser is used for
recording a double-exposure hologram. To control the functional state of the patient
during the study soft- and hardware complex, “Impecard” is used, which displays
information on a computer. As a basis of data storage method about the functional
state of the patient’s organism the use of signal of chest differentiated impedance
plethysmogram (DIPG) was assumed. It is produced with a rheograph R4-02 with
a synchronous formation of the image of the chest interferogram for further development of diagnostic approaches using the obtained data. The manufacturing cycle
of the method includes tuning of the LHC control system, removal of the signal
from the patient, real-time input of the signal in computer, automatic detection of
launching moment of the optical system, launching of the LHC, registration of chest
interferograms and simultaneous memorizing of the biosignal in the PC disk memory.
Medical study was conducted to determine plethysmogram informativity from
the point of view of choice of optimal time moments to connect the synchronization
system to them. It was found that they should be connected in the middle on the
ascending or the descending branch of the interferogram curve, as namely here the
greatest informativity relative to the amplitude of mechanical shifts of oscillation
zone of chest cutaneous covering is reached.
