• the chair for a patient;
• the illuminating radiation parameters control system;
• the synchronization system;
• the software and hardware hemodynamic complex “Impecard“.
Common requirements to the main parts of the complex
1. The high-voltage control unit of the electrooptical shutter must provide safe laser
functioning under sync pulse.
2. The ruby laser, the cooling and power units must meet the requirements developed
by the Institute of Electronics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
3. The optical system for illuminating beam formation should provide even illumination of the object with the size of 50 × 60 cm
2 . And the energy of the
illuminating radiation must be sufficient for a reliable hologram registration.
4. The object under study—a person—must sit in a special chair in a position
providing steady illumination of its chest and placement of sensors to control the
state of one’s heart activity.
5. The control system of the radiation parameters should provide prompt and
obvious control of the shape, duration and energy of each pulse of the laser
radiation and the time interval between the pulses (a photodiode or a photomultiplier tube can be used which is placed in the field of the illuminating beam near
the object). Computer processing of the obtained electrical signal is desirable.
