which limits the channel transmission capability. Since the 1970s, Xband telemetry/telecommand and telecommunication technology was widely
applied in deep space exploration. Compared with X-band, Ka band antenna
can acquire higher antenna gain at same aperture, so as to improve the channel
data capacity [17]. Up to date, the deep space telemetry/telecommand and
telecommunication network in China is capable of Ka band signal reception.
(4) High stability oscillator. The telecommunication in deep space exploration has
the characteristics of long distance and signal delay, which is not conducive to
real-time and effective navigation of the lunar lander through radio measurement technology. The one-way radio measurement technology has the characteristics of relatively short signal delay compared with two-way radio measurements. The accuracy of one-way radio measurement was lower because of the
lower stability of onboard frequency reference on the lunar lander. The onboard
high-stability oscillator can effectively improve the stability of the frequency
reference to meet the requirements of radio measurement technology for future
deep space exploration [5].
