Theory of Change for the Area of Intervention ‘Enabling Framework’
Switzerland’s engagement for Enabling Frameworks contribute to the development of fair and binding climate-sensitive political frameworks on international level and in partner countries. It ensures that negotiations on

people”.
Theory of Change for the Area of Intervention ‘Climate Change
Mitigation’
Switzerland’s engagement for climate change mitigation reduces GHG Emissions in partner countries by facilitating the access and use of low carbon
technologies in the production processes and energy systems. It also supports
the sustainable use of natural resources through the use of norms and standards as well as best practices in agriculture, forestry and water management.
